Four Seasons Westlake Village Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremonies at the Four Seasons Westlake Village use the large grass lawn and huge water fountain at the Waterfall Lawn. We had a beautiful, sunny California day that was warm but not hot. A traditional Persian wedding is called an Aghd, which is draped with a beautiful landscape of Persian decorations.
The Persian wedding sofreh (Sofreyé Aghd) is a very ornate spread, with all of the items symbolizing something important in Persian traditions for their wedding ceremony. From the mirror to the candles to the honey to the sugar cones, they all have a symbolic meaning.
The Waterfall Lawn water fountain is an amazing backdrop for a wedding ceremony. The rocks, trees, water frame the whole ceremony from almost any angle.
